弹药与口径选择:弹药通用性是后勤的生命线。在深垒,简化的弹药序列至关重要:DBP87/DBP10式5.8mm普通弹作为主力步枪和班用机枪弹药,用途最广;DAP92式5.8mm手枪弹,实现手枪和冲锋枪的弹药统一;12号霰弹,功能多样,是近战、破障和应急狩猎的万能弹。重型狙击步枪如QBU-10式使用12.7mm弹药,其压倒性的威力使其备弹量虽少但不可或缺。在极寒地表,发射药燃烧效率降低和空气密度增大导致的弹道下坠会更明显,射手们需要通过实战重新学习和掌握5.8mm和7.62mm弹药的“新”弹道特性。\n\n#### 4.3.2、主要挑战\n\n1. 工程塑料脆化:95式、191式等枪族大量使用工程塑料部件(护木、枪托、弹匣)。在-90℃下,这些塑料会极度脆化,受撞击后极易碎裂。这将是最普遍、也最致命的初期故障。\n2. 润滑系统失效:枪械内部的标准战前润滑油会凝固,导致自动机失灵。这和我之前提到的通用问题一致。\n3. 精密瞄准设备故障:现役的各类白光、微光、红外瞄准镜,其电子元件和电池系统在极寒下会迅速失效。复杂的火控系统更无法使用。战前标配的精密光学瞄具,会迅速沦为耗电快、易损坏的累赘,最终被简单的机械瞄具取代。\n4. 电发火弹药风险:狙击榴弹发射器等武器使用的编程弹药,在遭遇大面积静默放电时有引爆风险。\n\n#### 4.3.3、深垒军工的适应性改造\n\n深垒无法生产新的制式武器,但可以对现有库存进行改造。改造原则是:能修的修,能换的换,能简化的简化。所有外露金属与枪械表面都必须确保导电涂层和接地路径完整,以应对静默放电。\n\n机械部件的改造:用回收废钢手工制作金属护木和枪托,替换碎裂的塑料部件;在弹匣底部加焊钢片防止冻裂;为所有枪械的拉机柄加焊更大的金属操作头,方便戴手套使用;用耐低温合金或经过深冷处理的弹簧替换战前库存的标准击针。\n\n润滑替代:完全清除标准润滑油,改用战前库存的二硫化钼干膜润滑剂。库存耗尽后,用穴猪油薄涂层应急,但需更频繁地清理和重涂,防止吸附冰尘。精密设备维护:精密的光学瞄具和电子设备,平时存放在恒温的枪柜或枪箱内,只在战斗前临时加装,战斗结束后立即收回保温。但这是理想状态,更多情况下是保人不保枪。\n\n####
